Zhen Zhuang

Biography
I am currently a Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), under the supervision of Prof. Tsung-Yi Ho since Fall 2021. I am also a visiting scholar at the Georgia Institute of Technology under the supervision of Prof. Sung Kyu Lim. Previously, I received my M.Eng. and B.Eng. from Fuzhou University in 2021 and 2018, respectively. My current research interest is electronic design automation (EDA), especially EDA for 2.5D/3D packaging.
